Meet up on departure was a little delayed but not a problem and on return I had already had a missed call from the office when I put my phone on checking if we were landed. We were then delayed waiting for luggage and bumping into friends so the rep had left by the time we reached the car however he had left the ticket and key with a co worker so no issue at all.

Very good but I wouldn't mind less waiting on return.

Great rates and easy to book parking using their online platform. They called while driving to Heathrow to ask if I would arrive on-time and called again when I landed at Heathrow and they had my car ready to collect. Great experience booking through Park & Go and will use Fast Park Meet & Greet in the future.

A little slow on the pick up but it was not material and most efficient on the return trip. They seem honest people and that counts for a good deal. Easy to deal with and some of the others seemed unappealingly brash. I may be old fashioned....

Although there was a bit of a delay (not serious) collecting the car when we flew, you were waiting for us when we returned and the feeling we were dealing with decent people was appreciated. We will book again with you happily next time.
